Paint Booth Filters
Floor, ceiling, prefilter and cardboard filtration media for wet paint booths.

01
Floor Filter — EU3 Paint Stop
Paint stop media captures paint overspray in the exhaust or floor filtration stage of a wet paint booth. Select the media dimensions and airflow to match the booth’s filtration requirements.
Values below refer to the supplied PAINT COLLECTOR VBB reference; confirm the selected product specification when ordering.
- Thickness: 1″ / 2″ / 3″ / 4″
- Efficiency: 90–98%
Available roll sizes: 0.7 m × 20 m; 1 m × 20 m

02
Ceiling Filter — EU5 (F5)
Tackified synthetic fibre ceiling media filters dust from the supply air before it enters the painting zone. The following specifications describe the EU5 (F5) ceiling filter.
| Composition | Synthetic fibre |
|---|---|
| Weight | 600 g/m² |
| Thickness | 22 mm |
| Gravimetric efficiency | 97% |
| Recommended air velocity | 0.25 m/s |
| Dust holding capacity | 370 g/m² |
| Temperature rating | 100 °C |
| Initial pressure drop (clean) | 20 Pa |
| Final pressure drop | 400 Pa |
| Filter designation | EU5 – F5 |

03
Prefilter — EU4
Prefilter media is used in the first filtration stage of the air supply to retain coarse airborne dust before downstream filters. Select the size and replacement interval for the booth airflow and operating conditions.

04
High-Efficiency Cardboard Filter
Pleated cardboard paint filters with a backing layer are used to capture overspray in wet paint booths. The high-efficiency configuration combines paint collection with a secondary filtration layer.
Values below refer to the supplied Andreae High Efficiency reference.
- Recommended air velocity: 0.5–1 m/s
- Initial pressure drop (clean): 21 Pa (0.5 m/s), 32 Pa (0.75 m/s), 42 Pa (1 m/s)
Technical selection depends on the booth design and the selected filter specification.
