Heating Units
Gas, diesel, electric, hot water or steam heating options are available, along with hybrid units combining different energy sources. The heating configuration is selected to suit the process and site utilities. Rock wool insulation helps limit heat loss through the unit casing.

Heat Recovery Units
Recover heat that would otherwise leave through the exhaust. Heat recovery units transfer thermal energy from outgoing air to incoming fresh air, helping reduce the heating demand of the paint shop. The unit is selected to suit the airflow and operating conditions.

Fans
Fans are selected to match the required airflow capacity and air velocity of each paint shop. ATEX and non-ATEX options are available according to the installation requirements.

Heat Exchangers
Stainless steel heat exchangers are manufactured to the required thermal capacity. Each unit is sized to suit the heating requirements and configuration of the paint shop.

Electrical Panels & Automation
Electrical control panels and automation services are available for individual paint booths and complete paint shop installations. Control and safety functions are configured to the process and the safety standards applicable to the project.

Paint Shop Fire Suppression Systems
Automatic fire detection and suppression systems can be integrated into paint booths and complete paint shop installations. CO₂ and water-based systems are available, with the solution selected for the application and designed to meet the safety standards applicable to the project.

Personnel Lifts ↗
Pneumatic platforms with three-axis movement for operator access inside paint booths. Joystick control positions the operator vertically, along the booth wall and towards the workpiece.
