Three processes
Three different chemical washing stages operate inside the same enclosed spray booth.

Cavaillon, France
Three separate chemical washing processes completed inside one booth, with PLC-controlled timing, temperature and tank routing.

Customer requirement
The production process required three different chemical washing stages. Each stage needed its own controlled time and temperature, while the returning liquid had to be directed to the correct storage tank without mixing the chemical circuits.

Our solution
Atlas engineered a single enclosed spray washing booth connected to three separate process tanks. The PLC manages process duration and temperature, while the valve and piping arrangement controls which chemical is supplied to the booth and which tank receives the returning liquid.
Technical configuration
The control system coordinates the selected recipe, process tank, pump circuit, temperature and return path for each washing stage.
Three different chemical washing stages operate inside the same enclosed spray booth.
The operator selects the required cycle and defines the process time through the PLC interface.
Process temperatures are monitored and controlled for the selected chemical wash stage.
The valve network directs supply and return flow between the booth and the correct chemical tank.
