Spray coverage
140 adjustable nozzles direct simulated rainfall toward the vehicle zones required for each test.

Mediaș, Romania
A controlled severe-rain simulation system engineered to verify the sealing performance of military vehicles.

Customer requirement
The customer needed to test the sealing performance of military vehicles under intense simulated rainfall. The system had to direct water at selected vehicle zones, maintain the required pressure for a defined period and record the complete test data.

Our solution
Atlas engineered an enclosed test room with 140 adjustable nozzles distributed around the vehicle. Operators set test pressure and duration from the PLC interface, while the system records the operating data. An 18-ton tank filters and recirculates the process water for continuous reuse.
Technical configuration
The spray, control and recovery systems work together as one repeatable testing process.
140 adjustable nozzles direct simulated rainfall toward the vehicle zones required for each test.
Operators define the test pressure between 1 and 6 bar and set the operating time from the PLC screen.
Operating data is recorded to support consistent testing and review of each completed cycle.
The 18-ton tank and filtration circuit recover the water and return it to the spray system for continuous reuse.
