One practical workflow for larger vehicles.
The workshop required dedicated areas for minibus preparation, primer work, painting and drying. The system also had to be integrated into the existing building without disrupting the movement of vehicles through the work area.
Our solution
Separate processes. One coordinated paint shop.
Atlas supplied and installed a dedicated spray and drying booth alongside an open preparation and primer station. An integrated pneumatic lift supports ergonomic access around the vehicle during preparation work.

Technical configuration
Built around the actual workshop.
The configuration combines controlled paint and drying conditions with an accessible preparation area. Equipment placement was adapted to the building layout and the available technical space.
Preparation station
An open-front work zone for surface preparation and primer operations.
Pneumatic lift
A recessed lifting platform providing better access to lower vehicle surfaces.
Air handling
Dedicated air-handling equipment integrated beside the booth within the available space.
