Overhead loading
The opening roof creates a clear transfer path between the factory crane and the booth workspace.

Oradea, Romania
A custom industrial booth combining a 12 metre working length with an opening roof section for overhead crane loading.

Customer requirement
The customer required an enclosed painting and drying environment for large industrial components while retaining access from the factory overhead crane. A conventional fixed-roof booth would have restricted the loading route.

Our solution
The 12 metre booth was configured with a dedicated opening roof section. This allows components to be transferred into the booth by overhead crane, then enclosed for the painting and drying process.
Technical configuration
The booth geometry was coordinated with the workpiece size, crane route and available factory space.
The opening roof creates a clear transfer path between the factory crane and the booth workspace.
The 12 metre internal length accommodates extended industrial components.
Painting and controlled drying are completed within the same enclosed system.
Doors, roof access and service equipment are arranged around the existing building and material flow.
Atlas was responsible for project engineering, equipment supply and installation.
