Crane access
Opening roof sections allow suspended workpieces to enter from above.

Oradea, Romania
A crane-accessible abrasive blasting booth with full-floor grit collection and automatic grit return through an elevator recovery group.

Customer requirement
The installation required overhead-crane access for loading large workpieces into a 12 metre blasting enclosure. Spent grit also needed to be collected across the complete booth floor and returned automatically for continued operation.

Our solution
The booth combines opening roof sections for crane entry with a full-floor sweeping system below the blasting zone. Collected abrasive is transferred to the elevator group and returned through the automatic grit recycling circuit.
Technical configuration
The booth structure, access system and recovery equipment operate together around large-part handling and automatic grit reuse.
Opening roof sections allow suspended workpieces to enter from above.
The 12 metre enclosed working zone contains the abrasive blasting process.
The complete floor collects spent grit and directs it into the recovery route.
The elevator group transfers recovered abrasive back into the recycling system.
