Customer requirement
Separate painting and primer work without breaking the workflow.
The workshop required a full-size enclosed booth for automobile painting and a separate ventilated area for primer and preparation work. Both zones had to fit within the available building space and remain directly accessible from the main workshop.
Our solution
Two dedicated work zones in one compact installation.
Atlas supplied a 7 metre FIRAT automobile painting booth alongside a single-fan primer station. The enclosed booth provides the controlled environment required for paint application, while the curtained station keeps primer and preparation work in a separate ventilated zone.
