The production facility required a complete powder coating line that could move suspended workpieces between process stations while using the available floor space efficiently. Loading, powder application and curing needed to operate as one coordinated workflow.

Integrated handling from coating to curing.
Atlas supplied and installed a powder coating system in which suspended workpieces are carried by a bar-transfer conveyor between the application and curing areas. The arrangement keeps handling clear and connects the major process stages within a compact footprint.
